Closer to global dominion, the brands strategy to set in on the billions of people on the worlds second largest continent seems to be working as people flooded the post with welcoming comments.
Launched in September 2017, the brand has gone on to become the favourite of many skin care lovers and make up artists. Everything under the Fenty Skin is under USD 40 which is considerably affordable for the Average African compared to other brands. The face wash retails for $25, the toner-serum is $28, and the moisturizer is $35. Using all three products won’t provide you with picture-perfect skin like Rihanna’s brand ambassadors Lil Nas X and Asap Rocky, but when added to a well-balanced grooming routine, they can do wonders for your
Brand Values
The brand claims to be environmental conscious. By using the 3 R’s, Reduce, reuse, recycle, they’re taking action so that Fenty products have less impact on the environment.
I WANTED THE PACKAGING TO BE BEAUTIFUL, BUT ALSO FUNCTIONAL WITH AN EARTH-CONSCIOUS APPROACH. WE ELIMINATED BOXES WHERE WE COULD, WE HAVE REFILL SYSTEMS, AND WE USE RECYCLED MATERIALS WHERE POSSIBLE. NOBODY IS PERFECT, BUT I REALLY BELIEVE WE CAN TRY OUR BEST TO DO RIGHT AND WE’LL KEEP EVOLVING AS WE GO
– RIHANNA
REDUCE
We’re eliminating excess packaging everywhere we can. Some products still require protective paper boxes—which are recyclable.
REUSE
Refillable systems are the future: Buy once, then when it’s time to re-up, all you need to purchase is the refill. It’s less packaging and less expensive, but a more luxurious experience.
We’re also incorporating PCR material—post-consumer recycled material—into our bottles, tubes and jars whenever possible.
RECYCLE
We’re making it easier for you to recycle: On every product page, we’re breaking down each product part by part. All of our shipping boxes are also fully recyclable.
Africans from all over the continent expressed happiness and promised to support the brand once it drops. The products will be made available on select Linton Beauty Worldwide. Let us know in the Comments section your thoughts on the brand.
