Shocking photos display pollution from fast fashion on Ghananian shores

All the unwanted clothing that is donated back to African countries does not actually end up on bodies. From water bodies to soil, and subsequently causing an environmental hazard. This is mostly visible around cities when it rains, one can see various clothings flow through pipelines and end up into swamps and and water bodies.

In his photography, Muntaka Chasant captures moments of burden as clothes beat through waves on a Ghanaian beach. Noticeably, shoes, belts, skirts, shorts and bags are all seen piled by the sea shores.
